GBA Academy: 4-Week Lower & Upper Body Split Program

 Group 1 : January 26th 

Group 2: January 27th

Group 1: Monday & Wednesday, 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM 
Group 2: Tuesday & Thursday, 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM

  • Group 1: Every Monday & Wednesday for 4 weeks
  • Group 2 : Every Tuesday & Thursday for 4 weeks

  • Duration: 4 weeks of specialized lower & upper body training
  • Format: In-person sessions with a maximum of 4 ladies per class
  • Instructor: Expert Coach Ash, dedicated to guiding you through every step
  • Pre-Program Assessments: Includes glute measurements and a wellness exam to tailor the program for optimal results and accountability
  • Focus: Strengthening and shaping your glutes, building your upper body & core, enhancing overall wellness, and personalized feedback

4-Week Transformation Program Option Includes:

• 2×/week semi-private training
• 1×/week (4 total) one-on-one personal training with Coach Ash
