If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.
- Glutes by Ash reserves the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
PRODUCT MATERIAL AND SIZING
- With every production of our items, we do our best to maintain the exact same quality, material, and sizing. As with any clothing manufacturer, there will always be subtle differences that we can't control in the manufacturing process. We have quality assurance processes in place to prevent any defects, differences, and characteristics. Our signature Glutes by Ash leggings/shorts are not guaranteed to be "squat-proof" as there are too many variables that come into play during this. Depending on which color seamless legging you choose, and how it's sized and adjusted, our leggings may or may not be "squat-proof". Generally speaking, if your leggings aren't "squat-proof" we recommend placing an order for a darker color as the dye plays a huge roll.
